What I do:

First, you will provide me a photo of your choosing and determine whether your photo can be represented as a painting. After we discuss the photo that I will work from, I will begin the artistic process. *** For Best Possible results, Please send a good quality photo with good lighting so I can see the details of the architecture!

Second, I start hand sketching a drawing of your home on to Arches cold pressed watercolor paper.

Third, I send you an email photo of the sketch, for your review. Once you approve the drawing, we paint your custom home portrait.

Lastly, I send your custom painting directly to you.
